	Beautifully hand crafted quilting and patchwork fabrics are available in small or large quantities. We make quilters packs of fat quarters, half meter and meter quantities. Quilting and patchwork fabrics in graduated colourways and monoprints are our specialty. Both 100% pure cottons and 100% pure silk quilting and patchwork fabrics are available. All the quilting and patchwork fabric has been double washed to pre-shrink it, first by washing at 90degC before dyeing, and then at 70degC after dyeing. My quilting and patchwork fabrics are exclusive to Avoca House NZ, and are not currently available through shops or any other retail outlet. The 1.2x2.4m padded printing table in my workshop is ideal for pinning out smaller quilts or the area can be cleared to lay out quilts up to 3mx3m. Avoca House B&B is situated on the scenic "Great Alpine Highway" that runs from Christchurch to the West Coast over Arthur's Pass. The views are amazing. The quilting and patchwork fabrics are folded so only a small part of the overall fabric is showing. Each piece of quilting or patchwork fabric I paint is unique.
