Fun for young and old
At Avoca House we have the facilities to provide workshops for hand painting on silk or other fabrics. Great for young and old alike.

Studio capacity
The studio is capable of taking up to 6 students at a time. I prefer to keep the numbers low to ensure that everyone receives personal time. I have worked with both high school and primary school groups as well as with guests. Giving each student a sense of what is possible and how easy it can be to create something beautiful.

Workshop outcomes
We start by creating some sample pieces. These help to loosen up and to give an idea of the possibilities. By the end of the session students paint a scarf or bandana to take home.
